A booking system for the conference rooms on the third floor of DMD Arena Częstochowa. Clients choose the date, lay out the room on an interactive plan, pick equipment and catering, and see the price as they go. Staff manage enquiries in a panel, and the crews receive ready-made job sheets.

- live pricing, catering packages and coffee breaks
- 72-hour date hold, statuses, reminders and automatic emails
- client account for amending the offer and downloading a PDF, version history and change log
- staff panel with its own role, calendar, price list and zone job sheets in PDF and Excel
